The island off Pattaya with clear water and white beaches, reached by ferry or speedboat. Mornings are the quietest.
Sanctuary of Truth
The huge, entirely hand-carved wooden temple by the sea in Pattaya – entrance fee applies. Please cover shoulders and knees.
Bangkok rooftops
Skyline and river at blue hour. Many rooftop bars have a dress code – no flip-flops, rather elegant.
Temples in Bangkok
Wat Arun and other temples early in the morning, before the groups arrive. Long clothing is required and looks elegant in photos.
Phuket Old Town
Pastel Sino-Portuguese shophouses. Early in the morning the streets are empty and the light is soft.
